This Turnout is designed to mate up exactly width-wise with the roadbed.  The 30-degree shoulders represent a more realistic slope found in many actual railroad roadbeds.  Any turnout in size #5 will fit this turnout pad.  The scale thickness is 12".  Actual thickness is 4.5mm (approx. 1/4").  Turnout is approx. 14-5/8" long, which facilitates extra length to trim to the exact switch utilized.  Turnout is curvable for radius of 16" on the diverging route.
